Economic Development

In order to keep our property tax rate low, Keller should encourage quality business development.  We should appreciate our history and work aggressively to improve and enhance our Old Town area.  At the same time, Keller should encourage quality development in other areas that reflect our community values.  By respecting our past and promoting our future, Keller can pay for our infrastructure needs by increasing our tax base and sales tax revenue.  Present community programs (Wild West Days, Holly Days, etc.) should be used to enhance economic development in all sections of Keller.  By respecting and balancing the rights and interests of property owners, residents, businesses and citizens, Keller can and will build a quality community for our children.

LET'S INCREASE OUR TAX BASE, NOT OUR TAX RATE!

APARTMENTS - WE HAVE ENOUGHWe certainly don't want to see an apartment "glut" in the middle of our community.
